Standard Home Inspection This is a comprehensive inspection where all major components and systems of the home or condominium and it's structures are inspected by a trained certified Home Inspector. This includes the Grounds, Exterior Structure, Roof, Attic, Interior Rooms and test the Plumbing Fixtures, Hot Water Heater, Heating and Cooling systems, Electrical components. Comprehensive inspection can take as much as 3 hours. I use an easy to read narrative reporting system. My on-site overview will identify the major defects and safety items found and included items you will want to repair and maintain. Your electronic home inspection report with enhanced digital color photos and detailed descriptions will be available next day. |

Limited Home Inspection
This is tailored for the Buyer, Seller and Homeowner who is interested in the condition of the homes main (4) systems. This type of Inspection is far less in scope than a Standard home inspection and limited to the heating/air conditioning, roof, electrical and plumbing systems. Your will receive a written report with digital photos and in most cases inspection can be done within 1.5 hours. |

Pre-Purchase Walk-Through Weather you are Buying or Seller your home, a Walk-Through will give you the Buying or Selling advantage. I will verbally identify and describe the visual defects to prepare you in your buying or selling decision. Together we will walk the property and visual evaluate the homes components and structures. I will take the time to explain the defects found and answer your questions. A Walk-Through typically takes between 1-2 hour depending on the size of the home. There are no photos take or report written for this type of service. |
