Wood-Destroying Insects
Do you suspect wood-destroying insects such as termites or does your lender require a FHA or VA termite inspection NPMA-33?

Indoor air quality is important to your health. If you suspect mold, I will inspect for mold, identify conditions that are conducive to mold, assess the size of the damage, and advise you on any corrections that may be needed. I can also refer you to a qualified and trained mold remediation specialist who can safety remove the mold.

Did you know there is no federal ban on Asbestos in the U.S. If you own or considering buying a home build prior to 1990, there is a good chance it has asbestos containing materials.
Contact me if you suspect asbestos or have concerns, I will take samples of the suspected materials for laboratory confirmation testing. If need be, I can refer you to technicians accredited by the State Michigan to legally and safely remove and dispose of asbestos material.
